ALS in the Heartland's Children's Funds Program
Many families touched by ALS are most concerned about the disease’s impact on the children in the home or family. ALS in the Heartland has many important resources to aid in talking with children of all ages about ALS.
Additionally, Children’s Funds are available for ages 18 and younger that assist the family in promoting normal, desired activities for the kids by relieving some or all of the financial burden.
A Note from Charlotte
ALS in the Heartland was able to help cover the cost for Charlotte to attend soccer camp through our Children’s Funds Program. She sent us this sweet thank-you drawing to show her appreciation (and love for potatoes)!
Your support makes moments like this possible—for Charlotte and so many other children affected by ALS.
