Join us for the Tri-Cities Area Walk for ALS in Grand Island, NE! Whether you’re walking, supporting, or simply having fun, this event is a chance to make a difference in the fight against ALS.

Ceremonial Walk kicks off at 2:00 PM

It’s a day of fun, community, and raising awareness — all in support of those affected by ALS.

McKean's Floor to Ceiling 4th Annual Golf Tournament
Join Us for a Day of Golf & Giving
ALS in the Heartland is proud to partner with McKean’s Floor to Ceiling for the 4th annual McKean’s Golf Tournament. This event continues to make a meaningful impact, with nearly $12,000 raised last year to support individuals and families affected by ALS.

We are also currently seeking hole sponsors and raffle donations from those interested in supporting ALS in the Heartland’s mission.

John Henry's Charity Classic Golf Tournament

ALS in the Heartland is teaming up with John Henry's Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical for the John Henry’s Charity Classic Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Woodland Hills Golf Course in Eagle, Nebraska.
This tournament is all about bringing people together for a fun, meaningful day while supporting individuals and families impacted by ALS. As we celebrate 20 years of ALS in the Heartland, moments like this continue to make a real difference in our community.

2026 Golf Classic - Tiburon Golf Club
Join us for the 2026 ALS in the Heartland Golf Classic at the beautiful Tiburon Golf Club in Omaha! It’s a day of golf, fun, and giving back — all while supporting local families impacted by ALS.

Team Fink Golf Classic
Join us for the Team Fink Golf Classic on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at Majestic Hills in Denison, IA, benefiting ALS in the Heartland. The tournament day includes 9:00 AM registration, a 10:00 AM shotgun start, and a post-tournament party and awards celebration.
Funds raised through this event directly support individuals living with ALS and their families throughout the Heartland. A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, along with options to support the event in other ways. Event Time: 4:30–8:00 PM
Shops will be open from 4:30–7:30 PM. Join us in the courtyard from 7:30–8:00 PM for a final nightcap and raffle drawings

2026 Northeast Nebraska Area Walk - Norfolk, NE
Please join us for the Northeast Nebraska Area Walk in Norfolk, NE on Sunday, September 27th, 2026! It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together, support those affected by ALS, and make a difference in the community.

2026 South Sioux City Area Walk - South Sioux City, NE
Join us on Sunday, October 4th at Crystal Cove Park in South Sioux City for the Sioux City Area ALS Walk.
On site registration and activities begin at 1pm.
The ceremonial walk will take off at 2pm.
We will have refreshments, snacks, & family friendly activities! Walk routes are handicapped accessible and pet friendly. We look forward to seeing you there!
