 tland. Whether you're looking to run the 5K or enjoy a casual one-mile wal
 k around the lake\, we'd love to have you join us.\n\nCheck-in and registr
 ation begin at 7:00 PM on the south side of the inlet near the Game & Park
 s area. The 1 Mile Walk starts at 7:45 PM\, and the 5K begins immediately 
 following the walk. Registration is $28 for either event\, and participant
 s will receive an event t-shirt.\n\nAs a fun bonus\, all runners and spect
 ators will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for two tickets to Satu
 rday's Nebraskaland Days concert.\n\nWe're grateful to Adams Bank & Trust 
 and the Platte River Fitness Series for helping make this event possible. 
 Every registration helps support the free programs and services ALS in the
  Heartland provides to individuals and families living with ALS.\n\nWe hop
 e you'll join us for a great evening at the lake while supporting an impor
 tant cause.
